My Mission?

To help you overcome your insecurities and live the life you deserve

I am a registered Clinical Psychologist, Life Coach and Yoga Teacher. I offer one-on-one online therapy and coaching to support you in a way that fits around your lifestyle.

I am insured to work with people in most countries in the world, including the UK, USA and Canada. I am very experienced at helping clients work through:

  • Loss of identity

  • Low self-esteem

  • Low mood

  • Anxiety

  • Intrusive thoughts

  • Anger

  • Phobia

  • Relational difficulties, such as difficulties with boundary setting

  • Rumination or 'thinking in circles'

  • Work related stress or other obstacles

A free 20 minute phone consultation is available to assess the kind of support that is most suitable for your needs. Hourly rates are available on request.


How I can help you

I have 8 years experience

As a clinical psychologist with 8 years experience, I am skilled in multiple specialist therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focussed Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Systemic Therapy and Mindfulness. Over this time I have supported people to make genuine change in their lives.

I am available wherever you are 

I offer talking therapy over video-link. This means that you can access me from anywhere in the world. From your front room to your hotel room (or anywhere else!). All you need is Wifi or phone signal. There's no minimum commitment but I do offer a discount for more sessions booked up front.

I work on your terms

I tailor my approach to ensure each session fits your needs. In our initial session we will create a shared understanding of what has brought you to therapy and a detailed plan for ongoing involvement. I believe in therapy being practical, resulting in you having the skills you need to create positive change in your life.
